All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
Payment can be made by secure on-line payment, direct deposit or credit card.
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation 30 days after written confirmation.
Full and final payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Extras will be settled on departure.
Allocation of rooms depends on availability and we can only accommodate two adults per room.
Single, double or twin beds are available, kindly state your preference.
We can accommodate one child under the age of 12 sharing with two adults in a luxury room.
Rates are subject to change with immediate effect should government levies/taxes change.
All reservations made are to be prepaid in full or authorised credit card details given to deduct a deposit. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Groups need to prepay 50 % 60 days before arrival and the balance 30 days before arrival date.
In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled postponement of a reservation caused by bad weather, strikes or any other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the client's account. Should payment not be received as stipulated we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
If payment is made directly into our bank account, proof of such payment must be faxed or emailed to us, stating the following:
In the case of an individual cancellation within one week before arrival, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will be charged. In the unlikely event of a group reservation being cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the lodge will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the cancelled accommodation.
